Slow tension with a tidy structure. A couple tours their first home, the realtor shows him every room alone, and his wife stays one door away (heat 3). The synopsis is short, so you are testing a mood. It was in Candy’s Trending row when I looked.

A power flip with a money motive. When her boyfriend’s bankruptcy threatens her luxe life, Dasha targets his best friend, and his refusal to chase her flips the power (heat 3). A notch hotter than the rest, so a good second step once the format has won you over.
