Candy AI login: how to sign in or sign up

I have reset my password more often than I have finished a book, so this page leans on the “Forgot password?” button, the most honest button on the web. Candy AI login in one line: open candy.ai, press Login in the header, and sign in. No account? Join Free is next to it.

I can’t see inside anyone’s account, and I will never ask for your login, here or anywhere on this site. What I can do is describe the public sign-in and sign-up pages as a logged-out visitor, and pass on the fixes Candy’s own help center recommends.

Candy AI login: the steps

1. Go to candy.ai by typing the address or using your own bookmark, not a search ad or a link in a message.
2. Press Login in the page header. It opens a form titled “Sign In to Candy.AI”. The direct page is candy.ai/users/sign_in.
3. Enter your email and password and press Sign in. Or press Google or Discord to sign in with that account instead.
4. Forgot it? Press Forgot password?, enter your email, and wait for the reset message.

There is no Candy app to sign into. Candy’s help center says it has no native iOS or Android app, so “Candy AI app login” is the same page as everything else here. What it offers instead is a home-screen shortcut: open candy.ai in your mobile browser (Safari or Chrome), tap the Share button on iOS or the three-dot menu on Android, then choose “Add to Home Screen”. Candy then sits among your apps and opens without the address bar. It is the same site and the same login.

On the sign-in page, “Forgot password?” and “I don’t have a password” both lead to the same “Reset Your Password” page, which asks for your email. I assume the second link is for accounts made through Google or Discord, but Candy doesn’t say, so treat that as my guess.

Email, Google or Discord: which sign-in to pick

All three work on the same form, so it comes down to habit. Email and password keeps the account separate from your other logins, but it is one more password to manage. Google or Discord skips the new password, and ties Candy to whichever account you used. Pick one method and stick with it, because the button you used at sign-up is the one to press next time.

Receipts and password-reset emails go to the address you register with. Candy’s billing line is discreet, but your inbox is not, so if privacy matters, use an address that only you read.

How to sign up for a free account

Press Join Free (or open candy.ai/users/sign_up). The form is titled “Create Account” and asks for an email and a password, with the hint “Minimum 6 characters”. Then press Create Free Account, or continue with Google or Discord.

Minimum 6 characters is a floor, not advice. Use a password manager and make it longer than my attention span.

Under the button, the form says that by signing up you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice, and confirm you are at least 18 years old. That line is the age check I saw: a confirmation, not an ID scan. Candy’s terms add that it may ask for more information to verify or re-verify that you are an adult, so don’t be startled if it ever does.

Can you use Candy AI without signing up?

Almost nothing. As of October 15, 2026, episode 1 of every public Candy Short plays without an account. Later episodes, including the free ones, showed me a sign-up wall, and the Spicy series need a login even to show their posters unblurred. Candy’s own FAQ describes chat as starting after you sign up.

So “no login” buys you one episode, and “free login” simply means a free account. If you came here looking for shared “free Premium” logins, skip them. Candy’s terms say an account can’t be shared and tokens can’t be transferred, and those lists are bait for your device or your card. The legitimate free route is the free account and the free episodes. The is Candy AI free page lists exactly what costs money.

Can’t log in? Fixes that usually work

• Email and password. Check for typos first; Candy’s help center lists that as step one. If you joined with Google or Discord, use the same button. I couldn’t confirm what happens if you try the email form with a social account.
• No reset email. Check spam and junk. Make sure the account wasn’t deleted. If nothing arrives, contact support.
• Cookies and cache. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try again. Try another browser or device, and update your browser.
• Age check. Candy may ask to re-verify that you are an adult. Follow its prompt on candy.ai only.
• Deleted account. Candy’s help center says to contact support if you deleted the account by accident.
• New email address. Candy says it can’t move an account or tokens to another email by itself, but support can update the email on an account when you send proof of payment. The help center lists what to include.

Signed in, but something is locked?

That is usually the token meter, not a login bug. A free account stops at 5 chat messages in total. Premium covers unlimited text chat, but images, video, voice and Shorts episodes spend tokens, and Candy’s help center says your 100 monthly tokens are added on your renewal date. Yearly subscribers get their tokens monthly on the day they subscribed, not in one lump.

Once the tokens are gone, Candy prompts you to buy more, and chat stays available. If you have an active subscription and no tokens appear, Candy’s help center says to check your renewal date first, then contact support. The tokens guide explains the meter.

Is this the real Candy AI login page?

Check three things. The address bar says candy.ai. The page asks only for an email and password, or Google or Discord. And it never asks for card details to sign in, or for payment to “verify your age”. If you arrived from a message or an ad, close it and type the address yourself.
