Terms of use

By using this site you agree to the points below. They are short on purpose.

Adults only

This site discusses adult entertainment and is for people who are 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. If that is not you, please leave. The age confirmation on the site is a self-declaration, and by clicking it you tell me it is true.

Information, not advice

Everything here is informational: reviews, opinions and price comparisons. It is not financial, legal or medical advice, and I cannot promise that a verdict will suit you. Decide what to spend on your own terms.

Prices and facts can change

Candy AI sets its own prices, plans, token costs and refund rules and can change them at any time. The figures here were checked on October 15, 2026 from one location and may be out of date or differ in your region. The checkout on Candy’s own site is the authority on what you will pay, so read it before you pay.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided as they are. I work hard to keep them accurate, but I make no warranty that they are complete, current or error-free, and I am not liable for losses from relying on them, such as a price that changed or a series that was removed, to the extent the law allows.

Independence and trademarks

This is an independent site. It is not run by, endorsed by or affiliated with EverAI or Candy AI. Candy AI, Candy Shorts, Candy Creators, EverAI and other names, along with the posters and character images shown for identification, belong to their owners. Mentioning a name does not imply any connection with it.

Links

Links to Candy AI are affiliate links; see the disclosure. Once you leave this site, the other service’s terms and privacy policy apply, and I am not responsible for them.

Changes and contact

I may update these terms, and the version on this page is the current one. Questions go to contact@candyshortsai-porn.com. How the site treats your data is on the privacy page.
