How much Sgt. Demont can you afford?
YES MA’AM Candy Shorts is the long one: 27 episodes, and a bill to match. Finishing costs 300 tokens, 300% of one month’s Premium allowance, so it is a free-first call. Candy’s weekly Top 10 had it at number 8 on October 15, 2026, and it carries a New tag.
The synopsis builds a tidy hierarchy. You are the lowest recruit on base until Sgt. Diana Demont pulls you out of the mud and claims you as hers. She is the untouchable commanding officer, married to the Colonel who owns everything, and you are the only one who sees the woman under the uniform.
The sergeant, the Colonel and a long run
That ladder of rank is what makes the setup work. Everyone has a clear place, every glance carries a risk, and the Colonel hangs over each scene without needing to appear. A premise built on secrecy and power suits a long run, because there is always another rank to outrank. The risk is the usual one: a series this long can circle, and the synopsis gives me the setup but no twist. I won’t pretend to know what the paid episodes add. The Milf and Nympho tags tell you the temperature, and I read it as a 4.
More than a month of tokens, in one series
The ladder runs 27 episodes: 2 free, then 25 paid at 12 tokens each. Finishing takes 300 tokens against the 100 that Premium includes each month, so it will not fit in one. Consider it basic training for your token balance. You would pace it across several allowances or top up with a token pack, and Candy does not publish pack prices. Out of each plan’s allowance, finishing is worth $11.97 on the 12-month plan, $26.97 on 3 months and $41.97 on 1 month.
The 12-month plan is the cheapest route at $3.99 a month, and the long run suits it, but it renews, so set a reminder before it does. Candy also lists dubbed audio in French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
Start free: episode 1 plays without an account, and episode 2 needs a free login. If you finish episode 2 wanting to know what the Colonel owns, unlock a few paid ones and see how the tokens feel. If not, stop. For Diana Demont at a smaller price, YES, DIRECTOR and Yes, Coach list her as the lead on shorter series.
When the episodes end, Candy hands you to Diana Demont’s chat, which needs Premium after 5 free messages.

YES MA'AM: questions people ask
How many episodes does YES MA'AM have?
27 episodes: 2 free and 25 paid at 12 tokens each. That makes it one of the longest runs on Candy, so finishing is a real climb. Episode 1 plays without an account, and episode 2 needs a free login.
Is YES MA'AM free on Candy Shorts?
Only the first 2 episodes: episode 1 plays without an account, and episode 2 is free once you sign up for a free login. The other 25 episodes cost 12 tokens each, paid with Premium tokens. It lives on candy.ai; sites offering the full series free are fakes or malware bait.
How many tokens does it cost to finish YES MA'AM?
300 tokens, which is 300% of the 100 tokens Premium gives you per month, so it will not fit in one month. Out of each plan's allowance, it is worth $11.97 on the 12-month plan, $26.97 on 3 months or $41.97 on 1 month.
Who is Diana Demont in YES MA'AM?
Diana Demont is the lead named in the synopsis: Sgt. Demont, the untouchable commanding officer married to the Colonel. She is a regular Candy character, not a licensed AI twin of a real star. After the episodes, Candy hands you to Diana Demont's chat, which needs Premium after 5 free messages.
